Each session is one hour long, allowing your child to delve deeply into their goals and progress. These sessions are conveniently hosted on Telehealth, providing you the flexibility to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. This setup ensures that you can fit coaching into your schedule without the hassle of commuting.

During their weekly one-hour sessions, the certified coaches will guide them through personalized strategies and action plans.
